Its very amazaning news of the news about the

Woodie Guthrie wrote about California in his 1937 song, Do Re Mi

“Lots of folks back East, they say, is leavin' home every day,
Beatin' the hot old dusty way to the California line.

'Cross the desert sands they roll, gettin' out of that old dust bowl,
They think they're goin' to a sugar bowl, but here's what they find —
Now, the police at the port of entry say,
‘You're number fourteen thousand for today.’

“You want to buy you a home or a farm, that can't deal nobody harm,
Or take your vacation by the mountains or sea.
Don't swap your old cow for a car, you better stay right where you are,
Better take this little tip from me.
'Cause I look through the want ads every day
But the headlines on the papers always say:

“If you ain't got the do re mi, boys, you ain't got the do re mi,
Why, you better go back to beautiful Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Georgia, Tennessee.

“California is a garden of Eden, a paradise to live in or see; But believe it or not, you won't find it so hot If you ain't got the do re mi.”

snarky

This is a very hot news of usa contry The power of language to curse, to do another person harm, is as ancient and as central to literary motivation as the power to praise or to bless. Ennemis Publics, a recent collection of letters exchanged between Michel Houellebecq, the histrionically nihilistic French novelist, and Bernard-Henri Lévy, an epically pompous public intellectual and media figure, revels in the oldest and nastiest of word games. At one point, Houellebecq describes Lévy as "a master of the damp squib and the farcical media hype ... a philosopher without thought but not without connections." And that's just for starters. Just to make sure Lévy isn't under the misapprehension that Houellebecq only knows about his journalism, he rounds off the attack with a strong grasp of the details of his enemy's career: "You are also the author of the most ridiculous film in the history of cinema." French intellectuals clearly haven't moved that far from the playground.

act registration

Its very amazaning news of the news aboutact about of act registration Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: SFMI) updates its shareholders regarding the Company's registration process with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (USSEC). Currently, the Company's auditor has confirmed that their work is nearly done and that the audited financials for 2008 will be sent to SFMI's law firm in early March for completion of this FORM 10 filing under the "The Securities Exchange Act of 1934."

The filing of a FORM 10 registration statement requires audited financials and other current and historical business information. Upon USSEC approval, the Company will list SFMI on the OTCBB. This OTCBB listing requires that the Company maintain year-end, quarterly, insider holdings and other pertinent disclosure filings with the USSEC.

Pierre Quillam, CEO, SFMI states, "We understand the necessity of audited financials and other transparent declaration filings with the Security and Exchange Commission. After reviewing key issues on this registration process, SFMI's Board concluded that filing under the '1934 ACT' instead of the '1933 ACT' gives SFMI more transparency. This decision caused a delay in the original time expectancy on filing a registration statement because of more in-depth disclosures needed with FORM 10 preparation. Once effective this allows SFMI to be listed on more recognized trading platforms in the USA and/or abroad. We are very excited at the prospects of not only starting production at our Melba, Idaho mill, but doing so as a fully reporting entity."

obama budget

Its very amazaning news of the news about the obama's budget .So its very interesting news of the usa.Obama's Budget Proposal Would Push Deficit to $1.75T.So President Obama today unveiled a proposed $3.55 trillion budget for the coming fiscal year that he said discards "dishonest" accounting practices of the past and makes "a historic commitment to comprehensive health care reform."

The plan would effectively raise taxes on the wealthiest Americans and trim Medicare costs to help pay for what the administration calls a $634 billion "down payment" on a universal health care program. It would also extend tax cuts for middle-class Americans while closing corporate tax loopholes and reducing some agricultural subsidies, officials said.

In addition to the budget for fiscal 2010, the administration also proposes a $3.94 trillion budget for the 2009 fiscal year that ends Sept. 30. The figure includes an additional $250 billion that could be used to bail out struggling banks, as well as $410 billion in an omnibus spending bill that the House approved this week to fund major government agencies through the remainder of the fiscal year. Congress has not yet passed a 2009 budget, but has funded the operations of the government with continuing resolutions through March 6.

Obama's spending plans would push the 2009 budget deficit to a massive $1.75 trillion, officials said this morning. The government's yearly shortfall would equal 12.3 percent of the nation's annual economic output. Such a percentage has not been seen since the end of World War II, when the deficit came to 21.5 percent of GDP.

The administration says about $1.2 trillion of that deficit was inherited from the Bush administration and that some of the rest comes from stimulus measures aimed a jump-starting the flagging economy.

Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer

Since getting attached to pedometers a couple of years ago, I've gone through at least a dozen--Digiwalkers, Oregon Scientifics, Omrons. Sometimes the clips would break (Digiwalkers have no spring clip), or the cover would snap off, or they would prove highly inaccurate, or they would be bulky, or they would be too "versatile" and intricate to be practical for someone who was simply looking to get in 10,000 steps for the day. For this reason, I recommended the Sportline 330 as a comparatively rugged, accurate, and inexpensive step counter that, if need be, could be replaced with minimal financial damage.

But recently I saw this "high end" Omron at Walgreen's and thought I'd give it a spin. Its primary allure: it claims to be so sensitive that you don't need to wear it on a belt or some other outer wear. Just drop it in your shirt pocket or purse and forget about it.

Guess what? The Omron people aren't pulling your leg. This is indeed a very sensitive little machine that does what it says it will do, in addition to being fast, easy, convenient, and extremely durable. I decided to test it by walking 30-40 minutes with the Omron in my shirt pocket and the Sportline clipped to my belt. At the end of my walk the Omron and Sportline were within 80 steps of each other. Moreover, it was the Omron that gave me the extra steps (a bonus if you consider the amount of time it takes--practically 2 hours--to log the full 10,000 steps).

The only advanced feature I occasionally use is the memory bank. The device automatically resets to 0 steps while saving the previous day's count in memory (for up to a week). Although I set the clock, I rarely use the other extra features--calorie counter, aerobic read-out, or even distance covered. I don't even bother with things like entering stride length and attaching clips or necklaces. This particular Omron model rises above the field because of one thing: quality. It's accurate, it's easy and fast, and it's dependable if not indestructible (I've sat on it, inadvertently sent it through the wash, dropped it into a bath-tub). It keeps going, as long as you do. If you have a shirt pocket and know how to read from one to 10,000, you're on your way.

You can never have too many good pedometers, but this Omron makes it unlikely you'll need another one any time soon. There's no question in my mind that this is best of breed, the one that Tiger Woods would use even if he had to pay for it and realized no rewards other than the practical and motivational benefits of the device itself. At its current price, it's probably the best buy on Amazon.
